摘 要:为解决平菇栽培过程中培养料失水以及补水问题,提高平菇产量,本试验将不同类型(MP3005KM、MP3005KB、MP-KR、MP-KS)、不同浓度(0.1%、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%)的保水剂吸水制成凝胶颗粒后进行拌料处理,并对平菇菌丝生长、出菇以及产量等进行观察与测定研究。结果表明,保水剂使用浓度为0.5%时效果最好,可使菌丝布满袋时间提前2 d~5 d,出菇提前4 d~6 d,产量提高20%左右。保水剂使用浓度≥1%时,菌丝生长受到抑制、出菇时间延迟,且浓度越大,菌丝生长及出菇速度越缓慢,对产量亦产生不利影响。在保水剂对菌丝生长、出菇以及产量的影响趋势方面,4种保水剂之间并无明显区别。由此可见,选择适宜浓度的保水剂制成凝胶颗粒进行拌料处理,是解决平菇栽培过程中培养料失水以及补水问题,提高平菇产量的有效途径,值得推广应用。In order to solve the water lost and supply of culture medium and improve the output in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus, the way of euhure medium mixing with gelatum particle of water-retaining agent of the different types and concentration was applied, and the application effect of water-retaining agent on growth of hypha, eruption of primordium and output was investigated in this experiment. The results demonstrated that when the concentration of waterretaining agent was 0.5%, its application effect was the best. The time of hypha to be full of culture bag and primordium to erupt were in advance of 2 d-5 d and 4 d-6 d respectively, and the output raised about 20%. However, when the concentration of water-retaining agent was equal or higher than 1%, it could restrain growth of hypha and eruption of pri- mordium, the higher concentration of water-retaining agent, the lower rate of growth of hypha and eruption of primordium, and it was unfavourable for raising output. From the effect of water-retaining agent on growth of hypha, eruption of primordium and output, there was not evident difference between the four water-retaining agents. This showed that choosing the water-retaining agent with proper concentration and changing their into gelatum particle and mixing their with culture medium was the effective approach to solve the water lost and supply of culture medium and improve the output of Pleurotus ostreatus, and it was worth popularizing and applying in agricultural production.
