摘　　要：本文综述了深化垄断行业改革与反垄断高层会议与会专家的学术观点。在会议上,与会专家就垄断行业改革历程与现状,深化垄断行业改革的理论基础,深化垄断行业改革与促进经济增长,深化垄断行业改革的推动力,垄断行业的竞争导入,垄断企业治理结构改革,垄断行业改革,利益集团与效率损失,城市公用事业改革,有线电视、电信、铁路和电力等改革的议题发表了自己的看法。专家一致认为,目前深化我国垄断行业改革正当其时,需要进一步深化改革,以促进经济增长及社会和谐发展。This paper overviews the main viewpoints of the experts attending the Forum of deepening the reform of monopoly industries and anti-monopoly. During this forum, experts discuss the topics of deepening the reform of monopoly industries, such as history and current situation of the reform, theoretical basis for reform, deepening the reform to promote economic growth, competition introduction, corporate governance structural reform, interest groups and efficiency losses, urban public utilities reform, and reform of some specific industries, like cable television, telecommunications, railways and power sector. The consensus of this forum is that it is the right time to further deepen the reform of monopoly industries in China to promote economic growth and social harmony.
