摘　　要：在当前的高校管理范式下,师生普遍存在学习、工作压力和压抑感。为从根本上解决这一问题,提出了自我管理范式这一概念。自我管理范式从人出发,并以师生发展为目的,通过帮助师生建立精神家园、提升教师的心灵涵养、使师生最大限度地参与管理,实现高校与师生个体的和谐发展。In the present paradigm of college management, there is prevailing pressure from work and study among the teachers and students. In order to solve this problem, this essay puts forward serf-managing paradigm, which is concerned with the development of teachers and students. It contains helping people building spiritual home, promoting teachers＇ self-restraint of heart, involving teachers and students to participate in furthest management. As a result, all of these will lead to harmonious development of college and people.
