钬激光在早期声带癌中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨钬激光在喉癌治疗方面的应用。方法:显微镜应用下钬激光治疗喉癌3例,均为声带癌。结果:全部患者术后随访半年以上,疗效良好,无复发。结论:钬激光治疗喉声带癌方法简单,创伤小,出血少,术野清晰。Objective：To investigate the application of holmium laser in the treatment of laryngeal cancer.Methods：3 patients of vocal cord cancer treated by holmium laser treatment.Results：All patients were followed up for more than six months,excellent outcomes without recurrence.Conclusions：Holmium laser in the treatment of vocal cord cancer is simple,minimal trauma,less bleeding,its operative field is very clear.
