摘　　要：髁突是颞下颌关节的一个重要的生长区,在应力作用下发生髁突软骨的生长发育、改建或退行性变,细胞因子网络调节在其代谢转换过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。本文就应力作用下髁突软骨生长发育和改建的细胞因子,异常应力作用下髁突软骨退行性变的细胞因子等研究进展作一综述。The mandibular condyle is an important developing site of the temporomandibular joint.The mandibular condylar cartilage tend to growth,reconstruction or degeneration under the mechanical loading.Regulation of cytokine plays an important role in this progress.This paper aims to review the significance of condylar cytokine under mechanical loading.
