摘　　要：为探讨高校图馆不同性别、学历、岗位人员及高校教师的工作倦怠状况及影响因素,对5所高校121名图书馆人员及102名教师进行工作倦怠、人格特征、幸福感问卷调查。探讨工作倦怠现状及影响工作倦怠的深层次原因,为高校管理者进行有针对性地干预和预防提供依据。In order to explore the status of job burnout and impacting factors of college and university librarians diversity on gender, education background,post as well as the teachers,the paper carries out questionnaire investigations on 121 libraries and 102 teachers in 5 colleges and universities from the aspects of job burnout,personality and general well-being（GWB）.It discusses the status of job burnout as well as the deep-seated reasons,in order to provide references for college and university managers to carrying out purposeful intervention and prevention.
