摘　　要：对《中国医院知识仓库》(CHKD)主题检索功能及其使用技巧进行介绍,就其主题检索功能和主题词标引工作中存在的问题进行探讨,指出应增加副主题词组配功能,并在标引时充分参考期刊对文献的已有主题词标注,从而更好地为我国医学工作者文献检索及科研工作提供服务。The paper introduces the subject retrieval function as well as using skills of＂China Hospital Knowledge Database（CH-KD）＂, discusses the existing problems of subject retrieval function and subject indexing work,points out that subheadings combination should be well added and the existed subjects in the journal literatures should be noticed,so as to provide better services for medical professionals in literature retrieval and scientific work.
