摘　　要：目的:探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中细胞间隙连接Cx32mRNA与Cx32蛋白的表达及其在HCC发生中的意义和机制。方法:应用Western blot和RT-PCR分别检测Cx32蛋白和Cx32mRNA在26例HCC组织、22例癌旁组织和9例正常肝组织中的表达。结果:Cx32蛋白在HCC中的表达明显低于正常肝组织和癌旁肝组织(P<0.01);Cx32mRNA在HCC、癌旁肝组织和正常肝组织均有一定水平,但三者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Cx32蛋白在肝癌中的表达下调可能是肝癌发生的重要环节,Cx32蛋白的减少与该基因在翻译或蛋白质的加工修饰过程中调控异常有关。Objective：To investigate the significance of gap junction protein Cx32 and Cx32mRNA in hepatocarcinogenesis.Methods：Cx32 protein and Cx32mRNA in 26 cases of HCC,22 case of their related adjacent cancer tissues and 9 cases of normal liver tissue were analyzed by Western blot and RT-PCR.Results：Expression of Cx32 protein in HCC was significantly lower than their related adjacent-cancer tissues and normal liver tissues（P0.01）;the level of Cx32mRNA was similar among HCC,their related adjacent-cancer and normal liver tissues（P0.05）.Conclusion：The decrease of Cx32 protein expression level may play an important role in hepatocarcinogenesis,and the results from the disorder of regulation from Cx32 gene translation or protein modification.
