中风后痉挛的中医针刺治疗思路与方法及在康复训练机器人的应用探讨

摘　　要：针对目前针刺治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的研究现状及康复训练机器人的特点,对今后的研究提出如下建议:①优化选穴配伍组合;②规范电刺激的方式如频率和波形;③从分子生物学和影像学角度认真分析其影响人体的方式和途径的机理;④制定既符合传统中医针刺学,又能与现代康复医学相吻合的治疗原则。Based on present situation of study on acupuncture and rehabilitation training robot treatment of spasm after stroke,we offer the following recommendations for future research：① Selecting acupuncture Points Combined portfolio optimization;② standard the way of electrical stimulation,such as frequency and waveform;③ study the mechanism of how can they affect the body by molecular biological and radiological point of view;④ develope the treatment principles which not only consistent with traditional Chinese acupuncture,but also consistent with modern rehabilitation medicine.
