神经肌电图在针灸研究周围性面瘫中的应用

摘　　要：神经肌电图检测是诊断周围性面瘫及判断预后最直接的定性、定量检测方法。探讨了神经肌电图在针灸研究周围性面瘫的诊断、治疗及预后中的应用。建议应该多学科交叉,把神经肌电图检测技术应用于针灸的基础研究中,探讨穴位与体表主治部位之间、合谷与面口部的特异性联系,以期更有效更客观的指导临床实践。Electromyography examination is the most direct qualitative and quantitative indicator to diagnose and prognosticate Bell palsy.This article was to discuss the applications of EMG in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Bell palsy in acupuncture research.It was proposed that multidisciplinary studies,such as the electromyography and other electrophysiological techniques should be used in basic researches of acupuncture in order to observe the specific contact of acupoints and attending site of body,as well as Hegu and face,as a result to provide more effective and objective guidance to the clinic.
