血脉通散治疗湿热瘀阻型血栓闭塞性脉管炎36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血脉通散治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法:选取血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者66例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组给予本科研小组拟定的"血脉通散"治疗,对照组采用经临床广泛应用证实有一定疗效的前列腺素E1治疗(有溃烂发热等感染症状者加用抗生素),14 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,通过观察对比两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征及血管的彩色多普勒表现判断疗效,通过计算卡方值比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.2%(35/36),对照组总有效率为86.1%(31/36);治疗组治愈率58.3%(21/36),对照组治愈率30.6%(11/36)。统计结果显示两组间的总体治疗效果及治愈率差异均有统计学意义。结论:血脉通散治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎疗效确切,治愈率较高。Objective：To observe clincal effect of Xuemaitong powder for thromboangiitis obliterans disease with syndrome of dampness-heat an stagnation.Methods：66 cases of thromboangiitis obliterans patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and control group,the treatment group treated with Xuemaitong Powder manufactured by the research team,the control group treated with prostaglandin E1（if patients had symptoms of infection such as canker or fever,add antibiotics） which have been widely used in clinical and proved to have a certain effect on thromboangiitis obliterans,14 days for a course,after 2 courses,determined the effects by means of observing and comparing the two groups＇symptoms,signs and vascular color doppler performance before and after treatment,the clincal effect of the two groups compared by way of computing the chi-square value.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%（35/36）,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.1%（31/36）,the cure rate of the treatment group was 58.3%（21/36）,the cure rate of the control group was 30.6%（11/36）.The statistical results demonstrate that there was a significant difference for the total effective rate and the cure rate between the two groups.Conclusion：Xuemaitong Powder had curative effect for thromboangiitis obliterans,the cure rate is higher.
