摘　　要：文章论述下焦气化为精血之本;下焦气化为精的生发之本;血之化生依赖于三焦气化,以下焦气化为本;下焦气化为"精血互化"的关键;下焦气化为骨、脑神之本,是老年性脑病和骨病的基础,治疗应从调节三焦气化入手,将调益气血与扶本培元紧密结合起来。This article elaborated the theory of qi transformation of lower jiao being origin of essence and blood.And qi transformation of lower jiao is also the source essence produced.Though the Production of blood depends on＂sanjiao qi transformation＂,it lays the origin from qi transformation of lower jiao which is the key of transformation between blood and essence.As the base of senile encephalopathy and bone disease,qi transformation of lower jiao is also the fundament of bone and brain.These disorders should be ameliorated by combining the treatment of＂yi Qi tiao xue＂with ＂fu ben pei yuan＂ according to the theory of ＂Sanjiao Qi transformation＂.
