珍珠明目滴眼液联合自体血清治疗角膜溃疡临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察珍珠明目滴眼液联合患者自体血清配制的滴眼液治疗角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将我科5年来治疗的角膜溃疡的患者256例293眼,随机分成3组,A组,108眼:珍珠明目滴眼液联合自体血清组;B组,92眼:氧氟沙星滴眼液联合自体血清组;C组,93眼:氯霉素滴眼液联合自体血清组。分别治疗10～60天。结果:A、B、C各组总有效率分别为94.4%、89.1%、88.2%,进行Ridit检验,A组的疗效明显优于B、C组,P≤0.01,在A组108患眼中轻度者总有效率为100%,中度者总有效率为95%,重度者总有效率为82.6%。结论:珍珠明目滴眼液联合自体血清在治疗角膜溃疡方面不仅增加了眼局部用药的给药方式,还珍珠明目滴眼液优于其他抗生素眼药水的稀释液,提高了临床疗效,是眼科外治方法的创新应用。Objective：To study the clinical effect of Pearl Refresh Eye Drops combination autologous serum.Methods：The clinical symptoms of 256cases,293 eyes of corneal ulcers were up to the diagnostic standard in later five years.they were given on the divided into there groups.The patients of group A,108 eyes,used Pearl Refresh Eye Drops combination autologous serum,the patients of group B,92 eyes used Ofloxacin Drops combination autologous serum,the patients of goup C,93 eyes used chloramphenicol ophthalmic solution combination autologous serum..Treatment was done for 10-60d.Results：The total effective rate of every groups was 94.4%,89.1%,88.2% The datas were calculated as Ridit test,the therapeutic effect of group A was outstrip obviously than the group B＇s and the group C＇s,P≤0.01,In 108 eyes of group A,the total effective rate of the light was100%,that of the secondary was95%,that of the serious was 82.6%.And 2 typical cases were listed.Conclusion：Pearl Refresh Eye Drops combination autologous serum eye local medication accede to the eye drug treatment methods is a very valuable method for the treatment of corneal ulcers,improves clinical healing well.That is an therapy innovation and application in ophthalmology external treatment.
