摘　　要：本文首先介绍了软件功能点分析方法在外包项目管理中的重要性。结合银行系统外包项目的特点,提出了通过软件功能点分析方法,对外包项目工作量、软件生产率、缺陷密度、测试用例覆盖率的估算。借鉴PMBOK、CMM/CMMI、ISO 9001等理论,搭建基于功能点分析测量标准流程和方法,从而更好地对外包项目进行管理。以银行系统外包项目管理为例,验证分析其有效性。Firstly, this article introduces the important role of software function point analysis playing in management of business process outsourcing projects. Mainly, this article focuses on the method of software function point analysis in the specific features of outsourcing projects in the field of bank system to estimate the workload, software productivity, defect density, and test case coverage of outsourcing projects. In addition, this article contributes to develop the method of management of business process outsourcing projects by building a better standard procedure of function point analysis measurement based on the theory of PMBOK, CMM/CMMI, IS0 9001. Lastly, for verification, one case of management of outsourcing project of bank system is demonstrated.
