摘  要:对于既有建筑的屋面隔热改造一般可采用在屋面增设植被隔热层或增加高分子隔热材料等措施,以提高屋面隔热效果,改善室内热环境。利用多孔材料蒸发隔热的基本机理,通过建立模块化膨胀珍珠岩隔热试验平台,对其隔热性能进行了系统的实验测试分析,通过对比分析隔热层底面温度与裸露屋面温度及室外空气温度的变化规律及特征,并与植被隔热层、蓄水隔热层和沙床隔热层隔热性能等进行比较分析,定量评价了该构造模式下膨胀珍珠岩隔热层的隔热效果,获得了特定构造模式下其隔热性能基本参数,为进一步优化膨胀珍珠岩蒸发隔热构造模式,合理建立其热湿耦合传递模型,以及进一步分析其隔热机理提供了必要的基础数据。To the existing building roof, the vegetation generally is adopted or the polymer roofing insulation materials is increased to improve the insulation effect and improve the indoor thermal environment. In this paper by using the basic mechanism of evaporation, the experiment platform of the insulation characteristics for modular expanded perlite is established and some experiments and tests are done. Through comparing and analyzing the changing laws and characteristics of the expanded perlite roof bottom temperature, exposed roof temperature, and the outdoor air temperature, and the comparison with insulation characteristics of vegetation roof, water-stored roof and sand bed roof, the thermal insulation effect of the expanded perlite roof under such structural mode is evaluated quantitatively and the basic parameters of its insulating properties under specific structural mode are derived,providing necessary basic data for further optimizing the expanded perlite insulation evaporation structure, reasonably establishing the coupled beat and moisture transfer model, and further analyzing its insulation mechanism.
