摘 要:针对复杂背景下镁熔液弱小气泡图像识别,提出了一种基于分形维数的弱小气泡检测方法。首先将弱小气泡析出前后两帧图像作帧差处理并灰度增强,进行粗定位,然后采用差分计盒维数法计算图像分维数,进行细定位,最后对分维像采用自适应阈值分割即可将弱小目标检测出来。实验结果表明:该方法能有效地检测出弱小气泡,且能较好地描述弱小气泡的真实形状。弱小气泡的成功检测对基于图像技术的镁熔液含氢量实时检测提供了一种有效的途径。A method based on the fractal dimension is presented for weak and dim bubble detection on magnesium melt aiming at image identification under complex background.At first,the gray of image is enhanced to locate the target coarsely after frame subtraction of fore and after images in which the bubble appears.Then,Differential Box Counting is used to get the image fractal dimension to locate the target accurately.Finally,self-adaptive threshold segmentation is employed to obtain the exact detection result.The experiment result shows that the proposed method is effective for weak and dim target detection,and can describe the real shape preferably.Satisfactory detection of weak and dim bubble can provide an effective path for real-time detection of hydrogen content in magnesium melt based on image technology.
