摘 要:[目的]优化超声波提取硬头黄竹(Bambusa rigida)叶黄酮的工艺。[方法]通过单因素试验研究不同溶剂、乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比和提取时间对提取效果的影响,通过正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。[结果]在超声波功率为600 W时,各因素对黄酮提取量的影响顺序为:乙醇浓度>提取温度>料液比>提取时间。最佳的提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为85%,提取温度为75℃,提取时间90 min、料液比1∶30,在该条件下黄酮提取量为11.78 mg/g。[结论]该研究得到了硬头黄竹叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺,为竹叶黄酮工业化生产工艺的建立提供了依据。[ Objective ] To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process for extracting flavonoids from Bambusa rigida leaves. [ Method ] Effect of solvent kind,alcohol concentration,extraction temperature, solid to liquid ratio and extraction time on extraction efficiency of flavonoids were in- vestigated through single factor experiments and the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test. [ Result] The factors influencing ex- traction of flavonoids with ultrasonic power at 600 W were in order as follows : alcohol concentration 〉 extraction temperature 〉 ratio of solid-to- liquid ratio 〉 extraction time. The optimal extraction conditions were:alcohol concentration of 85%, extraction temperature of 75 ℃, extraction time of 90 min and solid to liquid ratio of 1 : 30. Under this condition, the content of flavonoids from Bambusa rigida leaves was 11.78 mg/g. [ Conclusion] The optimal technology for extracting flavonoids from Bambusa rigida leaves had obtained in this work, which provided references for industrial production of bamboo leaf flavonoids.
