摘 要:[目的]测定乐清市铁皮石斛总黄酮的含量。[方法]以芦丁为对照品,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色,在510 nm波长处用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。[结果]芦丁在0.011 1~0.066 7 mg/ml浓度范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(R2=0.999 2);样品溶液在12 h之内稳定性良好,RSD值为0.15%;建立的方法重复性良好,其RSD值为3.12%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于铁皮石斛中总黄酮含量的测定。[ Objective] To determine the content of total flavonoids in Dendrobium oJficimzle Kimura et Migo trom Yueqing. [ Methodj Using rutin as reference substance, contents of total flavonoids in Demlrobium officinale Kimura et Migo from Yueqing were measured at 510 nm by UV spec- trophotometry colored with NaNO2-AI (NO3 )3-NaOH. [ Resultsl Rutin concentration was linear with absorbanee in the range of 0. 011 1 to 0. 066 7 mg/ml (R2 = 0. 999 2) ; sample solution was stable within 12 h with RSD value of 0.15% ; the established method was good in repeat- ability with RSD value of 3.12%. [ Conclusion] The method was simple, accurate and stable, which could be used to determine the content of to- tal flavonoids in Derutrobium officimtle Kimura et Migo.
