摘 要:冶河是石家庄市供水水源地黄壁庄水库重要补给源。通过分析冶河流域1960~2002年洪水径流特征及降水、气温等气候因素和人类活动对洪水径流的影响。结果表明:冶河洪峰流量和洪峰出现频率于70年代末初开始都呈减小的变化趋势,水利工程和农业用水是主要影响因素;水利工程和农业用水对小洪峰的削减效应要强于对大洪峰的削减效应,对小降水年份的径流削减效应要强于丰雨年份,当降雨量达到一定阈值时,径流消减效应可以忽略。Yehe catchment is an important recharge source for Huangbizhuang reservoir of water source of Shijiazhuang city. Characteristics of ye- he flood runoff from 1960 to 2002 and influencing factors were analysed. The results showed that appear frequency and discharge of flood peak were declining in the'end of the 1970s. Water conservancy projects and agricultural water consumption were the main driving factors of the decline of appear frequency and flood peak discharge. The runoff clipping effect on the small flood peak was stronger than big flood peak and the effect on dry years was stronger than rainy years. The runoff reduction effect could be ignored just when rainfall reached a certain threshold value.
