摘 要:[目的]研究Zn2+对滴水观音(ALOCASIA RHIZOME)抗氧化性系统的影响。[方法]采用水培法。[结果]在低浓度Zn2+胁迫下滴水观音叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性有一定的增加,但CAT活性在Zn2+浓度超过5 mg/L时迅速降低。在高浓度Zn2+作用下植株叶片POD、SOD和CAT酶活性均快速变化。这表明低浓度Zn2+可促进滴水观音生长,而高浓度Zn2+则抑制植株生长。[结论]可以将滴水观音用于净化低浓度含Zn2+废水。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of Zn^2+ on antioxdation system of ALOCASIA RHIZOME. [ Method ] The solution culture method was used to do the experiment. [Result] The results showed that POD,SOD and CAT activities of ALOCASIA RHIZOME leaves had increased with stress of low Zn^2+ concentration, but CAT activity had reduced soon when Zn^2+ concentration exceeded 5 mg/L. POD, SOD and CAT activities of ALOCASIA RHIZOME leaves had changed quickly with the effects of higher Zn^2+ concentration. Low Zn^2+ concentration could improve the growth of ALOCASIA RHIZOME ,while higher Zn^2+ concentration inhibited its growth. [ Conclusion ] ALOCASIA RHIZOME can be used to purify low Zn^2+concentration waste water.
