摘 要:[目的]优化南极适冷菌Rheinheimera sp.97产抗菌活性物质的发酵条件。[方法]通过单因素和正交试验对南极适冷菌R.sp.97产抗菌活性物质的发酵培养基进行了优化,并通过单因素试验对其发酵条件进行了优化。[结果]菌株R.sp.97产抗菌活性物质的最佳培养基为:蛋白胨3.0g/L,硫酸铵1.0g/L,淀粉2.0g/L,NaCl15.0g/L;最佳发酵条件为:发酵培养基初始pH8,发酵温度10℃,摇瓶装液量30.0%(V/V),接种量1.0%(V/V)。优化后菌株R.sp.97发酵液的抗菌活性较优化前提高了22.2%。[结论]为研究南极适冷菌R.sp.97的活性物质奠定了基础。[ Objectiye] The aim was to optimize the fermentation conditions of antibiotic active substances produced by Antarctic psychrotro- phic bacterium Rheinheimera sp. 97. [ Method] Single-factor experiment and orthogonal test were adopted to optimize the fermentation medium and conditions of antibiotic active substances produced by Antarctic psychrotrophic bacterium R. sp. 97, while the fermentation conditions were optimized by single-factor experiment. [ Result ] The optimum fermentation medium for the antibiotic active substances production was: tryptone 3.0 g/L, ammonium sulfate 1.0 g/L, starch 2.0 g/L, NaC1 15.0 g/L. The optimized fermentation conditions were as follows: the starting pH of medium was 8. O, fermentation temperature was 10 ~C, liquid volume in erlenmeyer flask was 30% (V/V)and inoculation a- mount was 1% (V/V). Under the optimized fermentation medium and conditions, the antibacterial activity of R. sp. 97 was increased by 22.2%. [ Conclusion] This study had provided basis for the antibiotic active substances produced by Antarctic psychrotrophic bacterium R. sp. 97.
