摘 要:[目的]研究蓝藻在巢湖湖湾处经过好氧、厌氧处理的衰亡降解过程。[方法]首先将蓝藻进行7d自然水解,然后向其中加入3种好氧微生物和2种厌氧微生物,进行蓝藻微生物降解,分析整个过程中蓝藻的颜色、形态及荧光变化,并与自然条件下蓝藻的衰亡过程进行对比。[结果]新鲜蓝藻呈绿色,衰亡5d后变为黄绿色,衰亡22d后变为浅黄色,衰亡50d后变为白色;新鲜蓝藻内的藻蛋白含量最高,经过108d的微生物处理,藻蛋白可基本被降解;蓝藻衰亡的第3天,色素释放量最大。[结论]为巢湖蓝藻应急打捞及资源化应用提供科学依据。[ Objective ] The whole degradation process of the algae was studied through aerobic treatment and anaerobic treatment. [ Method ] First, the natural hydrolysis of algae for seven days, and then three kinds of aerobic microorganisms and two kinds anaerobic microorganisms were added to the reactor . the entire process of cyanobacteria was analyzed in the color, morphological and fluorescence changes, and com- pared with the natural conditions . [ Result] The results showed that the fresh algae was green, after five days was yellow-green, and after twenty-two days the color was light yellow while after 50 days turned into white. In fresh algal the content of phycobiliprotein was the highest, after one hundred and eight days of microbial treatment, the protein might be complete degradation. After three days, the pigment was re- leased. [ Conclusion ] The study provided the scientific basis for salvage and emergency response , resource applications.
