摘　　要：利用中等分辨率成像光谱辐射仪(MODIS)数据,基于亮度温度、大气透过率和地表比辐射率等参数,运用分裂窗算法对吉林省全区的地表温度进行反演,获得地表温度时空分布与太阳辐射时空分布一致的良好效果,其中3、6、9月份的温度直方图呈现双峰,经分析为地表湿度影响所致。By using MODIS data and Split-Window Algorithm, based on parameters of brightness temperature, atmospheric transmittance and the surface emissivity, surface temperature of Jilin Province was retrieved and a good result was obtained that the space-time distribution of the surface temperature is in agreement with the solar radiation. The temperature histogram of March, June and September presents petronas, be- cause of the influence of the surface humidity by analyzing.
