摘  要:[目的]通过对生化法和MBR法处理后不同楼层高度水箱中水的细菌总数、真菌总数、总大肠菌群等微生物指标进行分析,掌握中水的微生物污染情况,比较两种处理方法的差异。[方法]选取北京市内生化法和MBR法处理中水的同星级饭店各一家,从不同楼层高度卫生间水箱中采集中水水样31件。采用培养法进行微生物学分析,比较2种处理方法处理后中水的细菌总数、真菌总数、总大肠菌群的差异。[结果]生化法和MBR法这两种处理法,仅低区水箱细菌总数差异有统计学意义,高、中区水箱中水细菌总数及高、中、低区水箱中水真菌总数、总大肠菌群差异均无统计学意义。[结论]生化法和MBR法处理中水的微生物指标在低区水箱细菌总数分布有差异,其他微生物指标分布无明显差异。[Objective] To analyze microbiological parameters of the bacteria amount,fungi amount and coli strains in the reclaimed water from different floors by biochemical and MBR,and grasp the microbial contamination and the difference of the two methods.[Methods]We collect 31 samples from different floors gathered in 2 hotels in Beijing.After cultivating with microbiology analysis,we compared the bacteria amount,fungi amount and coli strains bacteria by the two treatment methods.[Results]There was significance difference in bacteria amount in low tanks by biochemical and MBR methods,and there was no significant difference in the bacteria amount of high and middle tanks,and fungi amounts and coli strains in high,middle and low tanks.[Conclusion]There was significant difference in the bacteria amount of the low tanks by biochemical and MBR.There were no significance difference in other microbiological parameters.
