乳酸脱氢酶在急性单核细胞性白血病病人中的临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨急性单核细胞性白血病病人的乳酸脱氢酶。[方法]选取2004年1月～2011年1月我院收治的70例初诊急性单核细胞性白血病患者及40例健康体检者,观察健康体检者、急性单核细胞性白血病患者治疗前后的乳酸脱氢酶水平。[结果]与对照组比较,治疗前组及复发组患者乳酸脱氢酶水平明显升高(P﹤0.01);与治疗前组比较,完全缓解组患者乳酸脱氢酶水平明显降低(P﹤0.01)。[结论]动态监测乳酸脱氢酶水平有助于了解急性单核细胞性白血病病人的病情变化,并在一定程度上了解其预后。[Objective] To discuss the clinical significance of Lactate dehydrogenase in acute mononuclear leukemia patients.[Methods]70 cases of acute mononuclear leukemia patients who were in our hospital were selected during January 2004 to January 2011 and 40 cases of healthy.The lactate dehydrogenase levels of the healthy and acute mononuclear leukemia patients before and after the treatment were observed.[Results]Compared with controls,the lactate dehydrogenase levels of before treatment group and recurrence groups increased significantly（P﹤0.01）;Compared with before treatment group,the lactate dehydrogenase levels of complete remission groups of patients decreased obviously（P﹤0.01）.[Conclusion]Dynamic monitoring lactate dehydrogenase levels of acute monocytic leukaemia patients helps understand acute myelogenous leukemia patient’s progress and the disease prognosis in a certain extent.
