创伤性结肠损伤63例诊断及治疗分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨创伤性结肠损伤的诊断与治疗的临床特点。[方法]选择2001年8月～2010年9月我院收治的创伤性结肠损伤患者61例,对其临床特点进行回顾性分析。[结果]63例患者全部行手术治疗,治愈60例(95.24%),死亡3例(4.76%)。一期手术57例(90.47%),术后并发症的发生率为8.77%(5/57),治愈率达100%。二期手术3例(4.76%),3例(4.76%)患者由于解剖和病理因素造成误诊而死亡,死亡率较高,在今后的临床中应该注意防范。另外,首次手术后并发症发生率33.33%(3/9),3例均为腹腔感染。[结论]一期手术对于创伤性结肠损伤具有显著的治疗效果,但在治疗过程中也中注意患者自身的特点,尽量避免并发症的发生给患者带来的痛苦。[Objective] To probe into the clinical feature of diagnosis and treatment of the traumatic colon injury.[Methods]61 cases with traumatic colon injury were selected from August 2001-September 2010 in our hospital,and the clinical characteristics were analyzed retrospectively.[Results]All 63 patients underwent surgery,60 cases were cured（95.24%）,and 3 patients died（4.76%）.A surgery was underwent in 57 cases（90.47%）,postoperative complication rate was 8.77%（5/57）,and cure rate was 100%.The second stage operation was underwent in 3 cases（4.76%）,3 cases（4.76%）died due to anatomical and pathological factors of misdiagnosis,mortality rate in the clinic in the future should pay attention to prevention.In addition,the incidence of complications after the first operation was 33.33%（3/9）,3 patients were abdominal infection.[Conclusion]An operation for traumatic colon injury has a significant therapeutic effect,but also in the course of treatment in patients with attention to its own characteristics,and avoid pain complications to the patients.
