摘　　要：副肿瘤综合征(Paraneoplastic syndrome,PNS)是指恶性肿瘤产生与释放生理活性物质对于心血管、内分泌、神经肌肉、血液系统、胃肠道以及皮肤等远隔部位的影响。目前关于肿瘤如何影响远隔部位的机制尚不清楚,可能机制为机体在肿瘤生长过程中产生抗体结合并破坏肿瘤细胞,这些抗体与正常组织产生交叉反应,可能是副肿瘤综合征病因之一。正确识别副肿瘤综合征可以帮助临床工作者早期诊断原发肿瘤,提高患者生存率。Paraneoplastic syndromes are remote effects of cancer that are related to cardiovascular,endocrine,neuromuscular,hematologic,gastrointestinal,or cutaneous in nature.Paraneoplastic syndromes result from the production and release of physiologically active substances by the tumor.When a tumor arises,the body may produce antibodies to fight it by binding to and destroying tumor cells.These antibodies cross-react with normal tissues and destroy them,which may result in a paraneoplastic disorder.Since the symptoms of paraneoplastic syndromes may occur before the local symptoms of the primary tumor,it might be helpful in the early diagnosis of malignancy and survival rates.
