振动频率分量敏感因子预测机器状态的研究

摘  要:提出了采用振动频率分量敏感因子来预测机器工作状态发展趋势,该方式有利于对机器零部件的故障进行趋势预测,将该方式同振动烈度趋势预测联合可构成更为有效的互补趋势预测方案。A technology of the trend predicting for machine condition is extremely important to the safety production and the advanced predictive maintenance for an equipment A traditional way of the trend predicting for machine condition with the vibration intensity is difficult to disclosing directly the developing trends of special fault to machine; for this reason, a way of the predicting developing trend for machine condition with vibration frequency components that are chosen as the sensitive factors is put forward, the way is advantageous to the trend predicting for the faults of mechanical parts, the way uniting with the trend predicting of the vibration intensity may make up more effective complementary plan of the trend predicting
