摘　　要：目的评价内镜下治疗非静脉曲张胃大出血的临床价值。方法本组10例患者同时接受注射组织粘合剂、止血合剂和高频电凝的止血治疗。结果 10例患者均成功止血,无并发症发生。结论组织粘合剂、止血合剂和高频电凝三联疗法能有效治疗非静脉曲张胃大出血,具有安全、经济、快速等优点。Objective Evaluate the clinical value of endoscopic triad therapy in the control of acute gastric massive hemorrhage.Methods 10 patients with acute gastric massive hemorrhage were used triad therapy,tissue adhesive;sclerosing agent injection and electrocoagulation were used for initial hemostasis.Results After endoscopic treatment,all 10 patients had got successful hemostasis without complication.Conclusion The use of triad therapy of tissue adhesive,sclerosing agent injection and electrocoagulation is effective,economical and safe in the treatment of acute gastric massive hemorrhage.
