细叶桉果实提取物抑菌活性及光谱鉴别的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨细叶桉果实的体外抑菌作用及光谱的鉴别方法。方法:采用连续稀释法对细叶桉果实不同溶剂提取物进行抑菌实验研究,并进行紫外-可见光谱的测定。结果:细叶桉果实的不同溶剂提取物在体外对供试菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌耐药株、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、腐生葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌)均有一定程度的抑制作用。经紫外-可见光谱扫描发现具有明显的特征吸收峰。结论:细叶桉果实提取物具有明显的体外抑菌作用;紫外-可见光谱研究为药材鉴别提供了实验依据。Objective：To study the antibacterial activities of different solvent extracts of the fruits of Eucalyptus tereticornis and research identification methods by UV-VIS spectroscopy.Method： Minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） of the extracts was determined by dilution method.And UV-VIS spectroscopy was used for the determination to provide the basic data for the identification of this plant.Result： The antibacterial activity of the extracts was different to different microbes.Characteristic peaks in the UV-VIS spectrum were identified.Conclusion： Extracts of the fruits of E.tereticornis have good antibacterial activity in vitro.The results of UV-VIS spectrum test provide evidence for the plant identification.
