杜克大学的学位论文管理——与我国学位论文管理的比较分析

摘　　要：就学位论文授权和学位论文利用等方面对杜克大学的学位论文管理进行考察,对照我国学位论文管理的现状,分析国内学位论文在利用中遇到的问题,建议高校明确学位论文著作权归属,建立学位论文开放获取体系,提供学位论文商业开发平台,以促进学位论文资源的传播和利用。The conucted research a research on the management of theses and dissertations at Duke University and examined the practices in domestic universities.The paper gives some suggestions that the copyright of the theses and dissertation should be made clear legally and the OA system should be adopted.Meanwhile the universities should provide a commercial development platform so as to promote the dissemination and utilization of the theses and dissertations.
