区域集群知识创新的环境扰动分析

摘　　要：针对区域集群知识创新绩效的决定问题,以国家级开发区为研究对象,构建了一个区域集群知识创新的BP网络模型,运用数值求导公式对不同类型国家级开发区区域集群知识创新绩效进行环境扰动分析,识别开发区中影响区域集群知识创新绩效的关键环境因素,判别当前我国国家级开发区中存在的创新障碍。结果表明,每一类环境因素对不同类型的开发区区域集群知识创新绩效的影响有正有负。Development zone is an important carrier of industrial clusters.Its innovation environment affects the innovation performance of the clusters in the zone.Based on a national development zone as the research object,constructs a BP network model of cluster innovation performance in development zone,and through this neural network model,using numerical derivation formula to analyze the cluster innovation performance with disturbance in different types of national development zones,identifies the key environmental factors affecting cluster innovation performance,and discriminates the barriers to innovation currently existing in the state-level development zones.
