摘　　要：在明确网络信息素养内涵的基础上,构建了一个简易实用的网络信息素养评价指标体系。在确定指标权重时,运用了Excel软件进行层次分析法的计算,避免了传统的层次分析法计算的繁琐,同时将模糊数学的综合评判法应用于网络信息素养评价研究中,从而实现定性和定量评价相结合,使得网络信息素养评价体系具有很强的操作性和实用价值,以期为网络信息素养评价的具体实施提供理论支撑。On the base of defining the connotation of network information literacy,this article builds a simple,practical index assessment system of network information literacy.When defining the weighted value of the index,the article applies the Excel software to AHP in order to avoid the trivial details of traditional AHP and also applies fuzzy comprehensive assessment to the study of network information literacy,and then realizes combining the qualitative assessment with quantitative assessment,which makes the index assessment system of network information literacy have a strong practical value in providing the specific implementation of the network information literacy evaluation with theory support.
