摘 要:本文主要研究复杂振动问题的粘滞阻尼消能控制技术。介绍了粘滞流体阻尼器的构造、原理和计算模型;研究了支撑刚度对阻尼器耗能作用的影响,提出阻尼器的支撑设计在满足规范强度、刚度要求基础上,还应考虑支撑与阻尼器作为组合元件的协同耗能作用,为工程设计提供重要参考。结合江苏省某化工厂房的随机冲击宽频振动问题,运用动力测试、信号处理和有限元技术,对粘滞流体阻尼减振结构进行计算分析。结果表明,附加粘滞流体阻尼器的消能控制技术具有显著的减振效果,成为解决复杂宽频振动问题的有效手段,为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。This paper mainly makes research on control technology of energy dissipation with viscous dampers in complex vibration.The construction,principle and calculation method of fluid viscous damper are introduced.Based on the research on the effect of different supporting stiffnesses on vibration energy dissipation of dampers,the supporting design in coordination with dampers is proposed,while the design of supporting only needs to meet the requirements of intensity,stiffness and stability in standard,which would provide reference for the engineering design.Combined with an engineering example of a chemical plant with stochastic shocks and broad frequency vibration in JiangSu Province,the effect of energy dissipation and control with viscous dampers is calculated and analyzed by means of dynamic test,signal processing and finite element techniques.The results show that the technology of energy dissipation with viscous dampers has an obvious effect,which can be an effective means for solving complex broadband vibration and serve as a reference and enlightenment for similar projects.
