摘　　要：中小物流企业在吸纳就业、促进生产、提供物流服务、提高城乡收入及维护社会稳定中发挥着重要作用,其成长性评价研究已经得到广泛关注。借鉴国内外文献,提出了资源能力、成长动机、创业导向、环境等四个"软因素"的成长性测度指标;并利用模糊积分法不需假设各变量间相互独立的特性,将其用于中小物流企业成长性评价的专家主观模糊评判中;最后通过案例说明提出的测度指标和评价方法。Small and medium - sized logistics enterprises （SMLEs） play an important role in providing jobs, promoting production, providing logistic service, improving the urban and rural income and maintaining social stability. Thus the eval- uation of the growth for SMLEs has gained extensive attention. Based on the literature by international and domestic ex- perts, the paper develops a measurement index for the growth of SMLEs, including four ＇ soft＇ factors, they are, resource and capabilities, growth motivation, entrepreneurial orientation, environment. Due to the advantage of the method of fuzzy integral without the assumption that the variables are independent, the method is used in the expert~ subjective fuzzy evalu- ation of the growth for SMLEs. A case study is introduced in the end to explain the application of the measure index and the evaluation method.
