摘　　要：依据商业生态系统中企业网络结构的特征,主要从直接信任与间接信任并存,信任的多重性两个方面阐述了商业生态系统中不同类型企业之间信任的特点,在此基础上分析了商业生态系统中企业间信任的形成过程。This article bases on the characteristics of enterprise network structure in business ecosystem. It exposites the characteristics of trust among different type enterprises which in business ecosystem mainly from the fellow two aspects ： the coexistence of direct and indirect trust and the multiplicity of trust. On this basis, the paper analyzes the formation process of trust among enterprises in business ecosystem.
