摘 要:采用响应面法(Response Surface Methology)优化超声波提取北沙参多糖的工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,选取水料比、超声波功率、提取时间为影响因子,应用Box-Behnken中心组合进行3因素3水平的试验设计,以北沙参多糖的提取率作为响应值,进行响应面分析。通过分析得到的超声波提取北沙参多糖的最佳条件为:水料比为19:1,超声波功率为460W,提取时间为23min,在这个条件下,北沙参多糖的提取率为60.15%,与传统的热水浸提法相比,提取率提高了60%。To optimum extraction conditions of ultrasound-assisted technology of polysaccharides from Radix Glehniae by response surface methodology(RSM).Based on single-factor experiment,three extraction parameters as the ratio of water to sample,ultrasonic power and extraction time were selected as casual factors and three-level three-factor Box-Behnken design was applied to determine the effect of central composite experimental design.The optimum ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of water to sample 19:1,ultrasonic power 460 W,extraction time 23 min.Under this condition,the yield of Radix Glehniae of polysaccharides was 60.15%.Campared with direct-heating extraction rate was improved to about 60%.
