摘 要:目的了解驻乌鲁木齐部队宾馆、招待所熟食间紫外线消毒灯使用管理现状,以保证广大官兵和消费者的食品卫生安全。方法采取现场查看,随机询问和紫外线辐射强度监测相结合的方法对18家受检单位进行调查。结果所查18家单位熟食间紫外线灯有效安装率为83.3%,功率合格率为80%,紫外线灯辐射强度合格率为17.6%,消毒方式合格率为53.3%,位置和高度合格率为29.4%,熟食间温湿度合格率为55.6%。结论熟食间紫外线消毒灯使用管理存在一定问题,有待进一步规范提高。[ Objective ] To realize the application and management status of ultraviolet disinfection lamp in cooked food room of army hotels in Urumehi, so as to ensure the food safety of solders and consumers. [ Methods] Using the combination of field survey, ran- dom inquiry and ultraviolet radiation monitoring, 18 hotels were investigated. [ Results] Among 18 hotels, the effective installation rate of ultraviolet lamp in cooked food room was 83.3% , the qualified rate of power was 80% , the qualified rate of radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp was 17.6%, the qualified rate of disinfection methods was 53.3%, the qualified rate of position and height was 29.4% and the qualified rate of temperature and humidity of cooked food room was 55.6%. [ Conclusion] There are some problems on application and management of ultraviolet disinfection lamp in cooked food room, and it should be further improved.
