摘　　要：NFκ-B是介导许多免疫和炎症反应的中心物质,同时也是细胞凋亡信号通路中一个重要的转录调节因子。其在肺癌组织中异于平常,与肺癌的发生密切相关。核因子NFκ-B主要是通过调节一系列参与免疫、炎症反应及凋亡的基因转录来发挥作用,但其具体的转录机制仍不是十分清楚。作者综述国内外NFκ-B与肺关系的研究文献,旨在探讨NFκ-B在癌症尤其是对肺癌作用方面的研究进展。NF-κB is the central substance in a lot of immune and inflammatory response,and it is an important transcription regulator in the apoptotic signalling pathways.NF-κB is abnormal in lung cancer tissue,and it is closely related to lung cancer.NF-κB plays the role by regulating a series of genetic transcriptions which participates the immune and inflammatory response and apoptosis,but its concrete mechanism is still not clear.In this paper,the domestic and foreign research literatures of relationship between NF-κB and lung are reviewed,in order to explore the research progress about effect of NF-κB on cancer,especially lung cancer.
