高职院校低值易耗品管理存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：低值易耗品具有种类多、单价低、需求数量大、购置分散频繁等特点。近几年,随着高职院校的快速发展,行政、教学、后勤等各部门购置消耗的低值易耗品越来越多。加强低值易耗品采购、领用、维修报废的全面管理,是提高院校管理水平,减少财产浪费的重要举措。分析高职院校低值易耗品管理中存在的问题,提出改进措施,对高职院校科学、规范、精细、高效管理至关重要。Low priced and easily worn articles are characterized by diverse kinds,low unit prices,great demand and sporadic and frequent purchase.In recent years,more and more low priced and easily worn articles have been purchased in departments of administration,teaching and logistics with rapid development of higher vocational colleges.Strengthening full management of purchase,use,maintenance and retirement of the low priced and easily worn articles is an important act of improving management level and reducing property waste at higher vocational college.This paper analyses the problems in management of low priced and easily worn articles at higher vocational college and proposes countermeasures for improvement,which are of utmost importance to scientific,standard,precise and effective management at higher vocational college.
