摘　　要：传统的学生评教方式,在效率、效果和评教成本上均存在较大弊端。笔者基于B lackboard电子教育平台,设计了一套适用于高校院系的网络评教系统,其积极作用有四:一是构建了学生网络评教的指标体系;二是保证了学生网络评教的连贯性;三是增强了学生网络评教的科学性;四是明确了学生网络评教的反馈作用。There are many disadvantages in aspects of efficiency,effectiveness and cost in traditional students＇ evaluation of teaching.This paper proposes a network teaching assessment system,which is appropriate for colleges or universities,based on the e-learning platform of Blackboard.The system has four advantages： firstly,there is a standard system to evaluate by students on network.Secondly,it ensures students to evaluate on network continuously.Thirdly,it can improve scientific evaluation for teaching.Fourthly,it can help us realize the teaching evaluation as a function of feed-back on network.
