摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合TP方案(紫杉醇+顺铂)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:将57例晚期非小细胞肺癌随机分为试验组(29例)和对照组(28例),试验组行TP方案化疗同时加用复方苦参注射液,对照组单用TP方案化疗。结果:试验组和对照组的有效率无显著性差异;试验组临床受益率和生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率(白细胞减少)较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液能够提高晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗的总体临床受益率,明显减低化疗的不良反应,提高生活质量。Objective：To observe the effeacy of Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：57 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group（29 cases） which received Fufang Kushen plus standard TP therapy and control group（28 cases） which received standard TP therapy singly.Results：There was no significant differences between this two groups in effective rate;The clinical benefit rate and life quality of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction（leukopenia） in treatment group was lower than that in control group.Conclusion：Fufang Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy could obviously elevate the clinical benefit rate,alleviate adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy and improve life quality of NSCLC patients.
