摘 要:利用TRIZ冲突解决原理研究提高木质微穿孔吸声板孔隙率的解决方案。通过定义出穿孔的"物质的量"和板"强度"之间的冲突,从技术冲突解决矩阵查找出"参数变化"和"预操作"的创新原理以及整体与部分分离的原理。结合创新原理,并通过查找专利数据库,得出了提高木质微穿孔吸声板孔隙率的3种可考虑的解决方案:微穿孔蜂窝夹层吸声装饰板、加强式复合板和可调节吸声功能的板结构。Based on TRIZ, a project was carried out to solve the conflict between the improvement of perforation percentage and the reduction in strength of wood-based micro-perforated acoustic board. By defining the parameters of "amount of substance" and "strength", the inventive principles for parameter variations and pre-operation were deduced from technical conflict resolution matrix, as well as the division of whole and part from separation principle. According to the inventive principles, three considerable solutions to the contradiction between the improvement of porosity and the maintenance of strength were found out by searching the patent database, which included honeycomb sandwich decorative panels, reinforced composite oanels and adjustable structure acoustic board.
