高校图书馆建设服务团队的思考——以贵州大学图书馆为视角的探讨

摘　　要：本文试图从高校图书馆服务团队建设的现状入手,对建设服务团队存在的差距、契机、定位、目标,以及保证团队良好运行的保障机制等方面的内容进行探讨。Development and Integration of Higher Education on the University Library Service proposed new requirements,with the corresponding need to build an efficient and reliable university library service team to protect the university library system operating under the new situation so as to adapt to digital,information technology and the development trend of personalized service,and to better meet the needs all aspects of university teaching and research.This paper makes a preliminary study.from the university library services present situation of team-building,analyses of the gaps,opportunities,location,objectives of building services team and ensure the good functioning of the security team.
