摘　　要：随着社会主义建设事业的深入发展,党的反腐倡廉思想发生着与时俱进的变化,具有各个时代的鲜明特征,被赋予了丰富的时代内涵。中国共产党的反腐倡廉建设思想内涵丰富,既从社会主义建设事业和党的建设的总体布局的高度给予了理论和历史定位,又从党的先进性和执政能力建设方面阐明了反腐倡廉建设的主线,还从构建"惩治和预防体系"的角度明确了反腐倡廉建设的重点,从而形成了较为完善的思想理论体系。With the further development of socialist construction, the anti-corruption thought of CPC has also undergone its development with time and has its striking feature of the time. What is more, it has endowed with rich connotation, which has been valued highly from socialist construction and the overall arrangement of CPC＇s construction, and has-clarified the main line of anti-corruption thought from CPC＇s advanced status and its reigning ability. Besides, it has defined the emphasis of anticorruption construction from the perspective of constructing the punishing and preventing system. Accordingly, the effective and perfect ideological and theoretical system has been formed.
