摘　　要：细菌耐药性是全球共同关注的问题 ,链阳菌素是一种结构独特的新型抗生素 ,本文介绍了它的抗菌活性、作用机制、药代动力学特点以及国外临床应用等。New antimicrobials have been developed to combate these resistant strains of Gram_positive pathogens, The article reports their antibacterial activities,pharmacokinetics and clinical effects,they will be valuable for the treatment of infections caused by Gram_positive pathogens.
