多元文化背景下青年学生理想信念教育的困境与应对

摘　　要：理想信念教育是思想政治教育的基础和"灵魂"。改革开放以来,随着经济全球化的迅猛发展和我国社会制度的深刻变革,西方各种社会思潮不断涌入,多元文化已成为当代社会不可回避的事实。在这一时代背景下,青年学生的理想信念教育不仅面临着诸多挑战,而且还受众多因素的影响和制约。面对新的形势和新的问题,我们要积极探索隐性教育方法,引导学生正确看待社会问题,注重培养青年学生的思维素养。Education of ideals and beliefs is the soul of ideological and political education. Since the imple- mentation of the policy of reform and opening-up to the outside world, with the rapid development of economic globalization and the profound transformation of social system, the influx of various trends of social thought has been an unavoidable fact in modern society. In such a background, education of ideals and beliefs of young students not only faces many challenges, but also has been affected and restricted by various factors. Facing the new situation and problems, we should actively explore recessive education methods, guide students to face the social problems correctly, and lay emphasis on the cultivation of young studentsI thinking quality.
