摘 要:为了低成本的提高皮革削匀机的加工质量和效率,构建了一种基于PC+运动控制卡+A/D卡的皮革削匀机零编程数字控制体系,包括设计层、CAM层、控制层和执行层等4层结构;进行了面向数字控制的削匀机结构改进设计;给出了皮革削匀、刀辊磨削以及刀辊联机动平衡的数字控制算法;开发了基于VC++及PMAC控件的削匀机零编程数字控制系统,并在XT-150削匀机上进行了联机调试与削匀加工。结果表明:该方法提高削匀效率25%以上,提高优质品率30%以上。In order to raise the processing quality and efficiency of leather shaving machine with low-cost,a numerical control system structure of zero-programming is established,which is based on a PC and a motion control card and A/D cards,including a design layer,a CAM layer,a control layer and an executive layer.Improved mechanical structure of the leather shaving machine for the purpose of numerical control is designed.A numerical control algorithm is given for leather shaving,knife grinding and online dynamic balancing of the knife roller.In addition,the zero-programming numerical control system is developed based on Visual C++and PMAC controls.Finally,the application example in XT-150 shaving machine was given.Result shows that this method reduces the skill requirement for the operators and improves the shaving efficiency and quality.
