摘　　要：人类runt相关转录因子3(RUNX3)基因属RUNT家族成员,在细胞生长发育过程中起着重要作用。RUNX3基因位于染色体1p36.1,是一种肿瘤抑制基因,其抑癌机制尚不完全清楚。近年来的研究表明,RUNX3基因的表达异常在多种肿瘤的发生和发展中起到重要作用。研究RUNX3在肿瘤中的表达与意义对于肿瘤诊断和预后有重要价值,也为新的表观遗传学治疗恶性肿瘤治疗提供新的依据。Human runt-related transcription factor 3（RUNX3）is a member of RUNT family,playing an important role in cell growth and development.RUNX3 is a tumor suppressor gene located in chromosome 1p36.1.However,its tumor suppressor mechanism is not fully understood.Recent studies show that,RUNX3 expression abnormalities play an important role in a variety of tumors and development.Research on RUNX3 expression and significance in tumors is important for both diagnosis and prognosis,and also provides a new basis for new epigenetic treatment for malignant tumors.
