摘　　要：高技术虚拟产业集群是知识经济时代的一种新型集群模式。HTVIC将全球范围内的资源进行整合,集群成员可以共享资源,共同提高集群整体竞争力。文章在分析HTVIC共享性资源来源的基础上,研究了资源共享的影响因素,从资源采集与资源管理两个方面,提出了HTVIC资源共享策略,对于研究HTVIC资源共享规律以及HTVIC竞争力的提升具有十分重要的理论意义与实际意义。High-tech virtual industry cluster （HTVIC） is a new kind of cluster mode in knowledge economy era. The resource is integrated all around the world that can be shared by the members of cluster, which can improve the whole competitiveness of cluster. In this paper, the influencing factors of HTVIC are researched on the analysis of the source of resource sharing, furthermore, the resource sharing strategies of HTVIC are proposed from the aspects of resource collection and resource management, which has a very important theoretical and practical significance on the research of the HTVIC resource sharing rules and the promotion of HTVIC competitiveness.
